Cypress, CA - Six Charger Women's Soccer players were named to the All-Orange Empire Confernce team at the end of the regular season.

Freshamn Kendra Serrano (Def.), sophomore Alex Moctezuma (Def.) and sophomore Monique Gerrits (Mid.) were all first team selections. 

Sophomore Kimberly Gonzalez (Mid.), sophomore Kylie Redmond (Mid.) and freshman Jade Perez (Fwd.) were all named All-OEC second team selections. 

The Chargers finished the 2013 season ranked #3 in the OEC with a 10-4-2 record and 11-7-4 overall.

Cypress beat San Diego Mesa in the first round of the regional playoffs in penalties after double OT. They then went on to face Cerritos in the next round and were unable to stop the Falcon offense in a 3-1 loss. 

Kenrda Serrano (1st-Team) appeared in 20 games, totaling four goals along with one assist.

Alex Moctezuma (1st-Team) appeared in 21 games, scoring one goal and adding two assists.

Monique Gerrits (1st-Team) played in 21 games and added one goal and two assists on the season.

Kimberly Gonzalez appeared (2nd-Team) in 21 games, scoring five goals and adding five assists.

Kylie Redmond (2nd-Team) played in 20 games with three goals and five assists.

Jade Perez (2nd-Team) appered in 19 games, scoring seven goals and adding three assists.
