Fullerton, Calif. --  The Chargers traveled to Fullerton College for their final game of regular season and came away with a 3-1 victory. 

The Chargers scored early in just the 5th minute of play when Laura Najera found the back of the net off an assist by Monique Gerrits. The score remained 1-0 Cypress until Najera scored a second goal in the 66th minute to put the Chargers up 2-0. Fullerton College then responded with their lone goal of the day four minutes later in the 70th minute. Kimberly Gonzalez then sealed the win for Cypress in the 86th minute with a goal to put the Chargers ahead for good, 3-1. 

The win moves Cypress to 11-6-3 overall and 10-4-2 in conference. The Chargers finish the regualr season ranked #3 in conference and will have a spot in the regional playoffs starting Nov. 23rd.
