Santa Ana – The No. 14 Cypress women’s basketball team (20-6, 8-1 OEC) hit the 20-win mark for the eighth time in Head Coach Margaret Mohr’s tenure on Tuesday evening after soundly defeating Santa Ana on the road, 86-61.
Cypress – The Cypress women’s basketball team (18-6, 6-1 OEC) dominated Saddleback (12-12, 3-4 OEC) on Friday evening thanks in part Haley Gorman’s impressive night on the court.
Costa Mesa – The Cypress women’s basketball team (17-6, 5-1 OEC) knocked off Orange Coast (3-17, 0-6 OEC) on Wednesday evening, defeating the Pirates 79-59.

Mission Viejo – The 16th-ranked Cypress women’s basketball team (13-5, 1-0 OEC) opened up Orange Empire Conference play in dramatic fashion on Wednesday evening, as the Chargers overcame a double-digit second half deficit to defeat Saddleback (9-9, 0-1 OEC) in overtime, 72-68.
