Kane set school record
Kane went undefeated during the seaosn
Cypress, CA - Fresman hurler Stephen Kane collected 13 victories with no loss this season, set a school record. The previous record was 12 wins held by three Chargers, Josh Tamba (2006), Aaron France (1994) and Dennis Burbank (1989.) Kane also moved into second place of all-time Charger record for ERA of 2.00.
Kane's was the ace on the Charger staff this season. In the three post-season games, Kane struck out 16 and allowed only 5 earned runs to help the Chargers to the State Championships.
