Cypress, CA - Trent Zaks went 2-for-3 with a double, a triple, scored 2 runs and drove in an RBI to lead the Chargers to 6-0 non-conference victory over Merced. Cypress allowed Merced one run in the 2-game series with brilliant pitching. The Chargers' winning-streak is three games and 5-1 at home this season so far. Brandon Kauhaahaa pitched seven strong innings, striking four, allowing two hits and walked only one.
