CYPRESS, Calif. --- The Lady Chargers had four players score in double figures on Friday evening. The all around performance helped Cypress take down West LA by a score of 90-59 in the first game of the Lady Charger Classic.
The Chargers headed into the locker room at halftime with an impressive 22 point lead and never looked back.
Denshay Wallace led the Chargers in scoring. Wallace scored 22 points and went 8 for 18 from the field.
Haley Gorman (13), Breanna Patton (11), and Sharae Moten (11), were the other Chargers that scored in double figures.
Megan Hanson also had a very notable performance, scoring eight points and recording six assists against West LA.
The Chargers will face the winner of the LA Southwest and Palomar game in round two of the Lady Charger Classic on Saturday night.
Tip off is set to start at 5:00 pm.
