Sylvia Garcia's efficient and high-scoring performance during Cypress' victory over Santa Ana has earned her Charger of the Week (Jan. 18 – 24).

After scoring 15 points and collecting two blocks against Riverside the week prior, the freshman guard showed a lot of activity on both sides of the floor in the win over Santa Ana. Garcia had a highly efficient 16 point performance, going 6-of-13 from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc. Garcia also nabbed four steals and played a part in forcing the Dons into 22 turnovers.

The Cantwell-Sacred Heart Of Mary alumna is averaging 10 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.2 steals this season.
