Cypress, CA - After a close loss at Riverside, the Chargers are back in the winning trail. Stephanie Luhmann took the mound, struck out three and allowed no walk to lead the Chargers (19-4, 10-2) to a 4-1 victory over Santa Ana (15-8, 5-6.) It all started early in teh botton of the first inning, when Nicole Nobbe walked and Mallory Campbell hit into the Right Center gap for a double. Nobbe scored to put the Chargers up 1-0.  The Dons tied in the top of the 4th on Vanessa Moreno's double to score Sabrina Perez. Cypress responded in the bottom of the 4th with Campbell's second double of the day to score Makia Hastings. Campbell scored on Morgan Wheelers's single to take a 3-1 lead.  Katrina Weber singled in the bottom of the 5th to score Heather Cosby to put the lead to 4-1 and the eventual final score.
