CYPRESS, CA - Cypress Softball is gearing up for the 3C2A SoCal Regionals on a high note, riding a seven-game win streak and entering the tournament as the No. 2 seed. The Chargers are set to host the best seed from the Play-in round teams in the next round of competition.
The first game of the regionals is scheduled for Friday, May 3 at 2:00 pm, followed by the second game on Saturday, May 4 at 12:00 pm. If necessary, a third game will be played on Saturday, May 4 at 2:00 pm. The winner of this round will advance to the Super Regionals, where they will face the winner of the Orange Coast versus Bakersfield series, scheduled for the weekend of May 10-11.
The Chargers finished runner-up in the Orange Empire Conference with a 17-4 conference record and a 33-7 overall record.
Per 3C2A regulations, Admission will be $12 general, $8 for children under 12, seniors 60+, and students/faculty/staff CASH ONLY (All Sports Season Passes are not accepted for any postseason events).
