Three members of the 2014 men’s soccer team have been named to Orange Empire All-Conference teams, highlighted by sophomore Aaren Lewis earning first-team accolades.
Cypress – The men’s soccer team (7-6-4, 2-6-2 OEC) played to a 2-2 draw with visiting Orange Coast on Friday afternoon, snapping a four-game losing streak.
Cypress – The Charger men’s soccer team (7-3-3, 2-2-2 OEC) fell to rival Fullerton (5-4-4, 3-2-1 OEC) 2-0 on Friday afternoon in a game which helped raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Norco – The Cypress men’s soccer team notched a 4-2 road victory at Norco on Tuesday afternoon as Aaren Lewis, the conference’s leading scorer, found the back of the net on two occasions.
Costa Mesa - The Cypress men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw with Orange Coast on Tuesday afternoon and are now 6-1-3 on the year and 1-1-1 in conference play.
Santa Ana, Calif. – The Cypress men’s soccer team (6-1-2, 1-1 OEC) suffered its first loss of the season, falling to Santa Ana College on the road Friday afternoon by a score of 3-1.
Aaren Lewis scored two goals and one assist to help the men’s soccer team (6-0-2, 1-0 OEC) defeat Irvine Valley (1-4-3, 0-1 OEC) in its Orange Empire Conference opener.
