Three members of the 2014 men's soccer team have been named to Orange Empire All-Conference teams, highlighted by sophomore Aaren Lewis earning first-team accolades.
Lewis finished the season tied for the conference lead in goals scored with 14. He led the OEC with 56 shots, while picking up 32 points. On December 6, Lewis played in the Sophomore Showcase and helped lead the South team to victory over the North. He scored the opening goal of the game in what would become a 2-1 victory.
Earning second-team honors were freshman midfielder Sergio Avila and sophomore defender Shawn Hansen. Hansen scored six goals this season, which tied for 10th overall in the conference.
Both Lewis (Sept. 15-21) and Hansen (Aug. 24-31) were named Chargers of the Week during the season.
