Women’s Soccer Travels to Saddleback College for CCCAA Regional Finals

#4 Cypress women's soccer (18-1-2) has advanced the regional finals after defeating conference foe, Santiago Canyon, 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday afternoon (11/23). The Chargers will face-off against another OEC opponent en route to their desired state championship, when they face the #3 Saddleback Bobcats Saturday night.

MISSION VIEJO, CA - #4 Cypress women's soccer (18-1-2) has advanced the regional finals after defeating conference foe, Santiago Canyon, 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday afternoon (11/23). The Chargers will face-off against another OEC opponent en route to their desired state championship, when they face the #3 Saddleback Bobcats Saturday night.

The Chargers and Bobcats have faced off twice this season where they tied the first match 0-0, but Cypress was able to take the win in match two by the score of 3-1. Cypress and Saddleback were named co-champions of the Orange Empire Conference earlier this month as they each finished with a conference record of 11-1-2. The third round matchup will be played on Saturday, November 27th, at Saddleback College. Kickoff is scheduled for 7pm.
