
Chargers Men and Women Take 5th Place at OEC Championships
Cypress Chargers swim traveled to Riverside City College for the OEC championships on Friday, April 22-24. The Cypress men and women both placed 5th overall in their respective competition. Orange Coast College's men and women took home the championship for the 2022 season.

Marisol Narvaez, 3rd place 200 Breaststroke (2:38.41)

Celinda Robles, 3rd place 200 Butterfly (2:43.89)
Coach Frisk Driscoll said, "We got stronger as the meet went along, capped with a school record and an individual title on the last day. Looking back on the season, we made a huge leap from the beginning to the end. Our team hit 60 career best times out of 62 individual swims at the meet, that directly reflects how hard this team worked all year."
