WHITTIER, CA- Cypress men's golf (4-0) opened up Orange Empire Conference (OEC) play on Monday, March 7th. The Chargers hosted the tournament at their home course, Candlewood Country Club (70), and took home first place with a team score of 362.
Cypress was led by Adam Naaman who shot an even-par on the day and was the tournament medalist. Willis Panzarello was one stroke (71) behind Naaman finishing as the runner up as the Chargers used their home course to their advantage. Ivan Sablan (73), Devin Schaffer (74), and Bryan Urip (74) also had impressive days for the Chargers as they paced the tournament by 18 strokes.
