Nominations Now Open for Cypress College Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Spring 2025

Nomination Period: October 7 – November 8, 2024

CYPRESS, CA – Cypress College Athletics is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which will take place in Spring 2025. The nomination period runs from October 7th to November 8th, 2024.

The Cypress College Athletics Hall of Fame recognizes and celebrates individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the college's athletic programs and brought distinction to Cypress Athletics. The Hall of Fame is located in the main lobby of Gym II and showcases the accomplishments of exceptional athletes, coaches, and supporters of the Chargers.

How to Nominate: If you know an individual who has contributed to the excellence of Cypress College Athletics and meets the eligibility criteria, please fill out the nomination form by Friday, November 8, 2024. Be as detailed as possible and provide any supporting documentation, including statistics and relevant links.

The Hall of Fame Committee is looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Student-Athletes: Must have graduated or been eligible to transfer from Cypress College with a minimum 2.0 GPA. They must be eligible for induction three years after meeting the graduation/transfer requirement. Nominees must have demonstrated commendable citizenship during their time at Cypress and since leaving the college.
Coaches: Eligible coaches must have served at Cypress for a minimum of five seasons.
Other Contributors: Candidates in this category should have made outstanding contributions or offered extraordinary support to the student-athletes and the Cypress College athletic programs.
