Four Cypress Pairs Receive All-OEC Honors
The Cypress College beach volleyball team wrapped up their season in the CCCAA Southern California Regional round at Grossmont College.
The Cypress College beach volleyball team wrapped up their season in the CCCAA Southern California Regional round at Grossmont College.
The Chargers were eliminated after back-to-back 5-0 losses in the CCCAA three-way at the hands of Moorpark and Grossmont College. However, the Lady Chargers had two pairs qualify for the CCCAA Southern California Regional Pairs Tournament at Irvine Valley College. First Team All-OEC selections Khamis Berneker/Toso Leae, along with Kayla Owens/Penina Wilder, represented Cypress in the Pairs Tournament.
Marina Pilkington/Jessika Tellez and Jane Woodward/Brianna Georgopoulos were selected to the All-OEC Second Team.
