HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA - The Cypress College beach volleyball team (8-6, 4-1 OEC) defeated Orange Coast College (5-6, 0-4 OEC) in a thriller on Friday morning at the Newland Courts in Huntington Beach. The victory gives the Chargers an OEC leading four wins in conference play so far this season. The Lady Chargers will resume conference play next Friday in a double-header at Golden West College, where Cypress will take on Santa Ana at 11:00 a.m. followed by Golden West at 1:00 p.m.
