Softball, Makayla Motis Earns Charger of the Week
CYPRESS, CA – Cypress Softball player Makayla Motis has been named Charger of the Week for her performance in the series against Golden West. Motis has had a stellar season and was awarded to the All-OEC First Team. Motis also finished the regular season 4th in conference RBIs with 34. Makayla helped the Chargers sweep Golden West in the series by having 3 runs scored, 4 RBIs, 2 stolen bases, and an inside the park home run. Motis will look to continue her amazing play during the playoffs with the Chargers being the number two seed.
UP NEXT: The Chargers will host Ventura College for the first round of playoffs on Friday, May 2 at 2:00pm.
