Sophomore Brianna Johnson received her second Charger of the Week this season after outstanding performances against Saddleback and Golden West (Nov. 6-12). 

The 2016 Second Team All-OEC selection led the No. 17 Chargers to two victories against ranked opponents this past week. Johnson finished with a career-high 24 kills to go along with 5 blocks in the Chargers' five set road victory over Saddleback College. She followed up that performance with a career-high 10 blocks and 19 kills in a sweep over Golden West College.

The Irvine Valley High School alumna was selected currently ranks fifth all-time in career kills per set at Cypress College. She currently leads the team with 329 kills and 85 blocks.
