Chargers Travel to Saddleback College for their First Conference Meet
MISSION VIEJO, CA - The Cypress men's swim team traveled to Saddleback College for the Orange Empire Conference first meet of the season. The Chargers had three swimmers compete and finished in fifth place.

In the 100-yard butterfly event, Hernandez posted a seed time of NT (no time). With a strong start, he swam a focused race and touched the wall at 1:15.89, securing an impressive 14th place finish and earning 3 points for the team.
Hernandez continued to impress in the 100-yard breaststroke event. With a seed time of NT, he swam a determined race and touched the wall at 1:27.96, securing 13th place and adding 4 points to the team's total.
In the 100-yard freestyle, Hernandez faced tough competition. With a seed time of 1:02.50, he pushed himself to the limit and finished with a time of 1:01.72, securing 22nd place.
Overall, Hernandez swam a total of 300 yards and finished with a time of 3:45.57.
