CYPRESS, CA - Cypress women's soccer Sofia Lopez earns Charger of the Week for her week-long performances in the team's two consecutive conference wins.
The Chargers competed in two Orange Empire Conference matchups and won both. In net for the two big wins was keeper Sofia Lopez who helped the team climb the OEC standings.

Ranked No. 7 in the state, the Chargers find themselves third in the conference just behind No. 1 Saddleback and No. Santiago Canyon. Lopez's protection in goal aided her team in a one goal shutout victory and blowout of Fullerton 8-1.
UP NEXT: The Chargers will remain home as they host the Irvine Valley Lasers on Tuesday, October 17th. Kickoff will be at 3pm.
