Women's Basketball

Alyssa Movchan is entering her first year as an assistant coach for Cypress. She is an alumnus who played for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 seasons receiving first team All-Conference both years, as well as winning conference each year. She then went on to transfer to Division II Hawaii at Hilo University to finish out her collegiate career and receive her B.S. in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. During her two years at Hilo she was able to place eighth in career three-pointers made and ninth in career assists. Movchan furthered her education at Stanbridge University to complete her Master's program for Occupational Therapy with the career goal of becoming an Occupational Therapist. She is excited to work alongside Coach B and the amazing coaching staff who has shaped her to be the person she is today.
