DeShields Fajardo joins the Cypress team as a 5'3 guard from Cerritos High School. DeShields was the MVP of her varsity team in 2013 and won the "Most Hustle" award for her team in 2012. Fajardo was also named to the All Suburban League Team during her senior season at Cerritos High. DeShields parents are Danio and Estella. Her greatest memory as a player was hearing the cheers of the crowd when she made her no look passes.
Her favorite hobby is eating, her favorite movie is "Ratatouille" and her favorite TV show is Avatar the Last Airbender. DeShields favorite athlete is Allen Iverson.
DeShields goal after school is to own her own business.
