Cypress, CA - Stephen Kane ran his record up to 7-0 after dominating on the mound against the Pirates. Kane threw 5 K's while walking only 3. Brandon Morones scored and drove a run which proved to be enough for the Chargers to beat the Pirates 2-1. With the victory, Cypress evened its record to 5-5 and tied with the Pirates at third place in the conference.
