CYPRESS, CA- Cypress women's volleyball (14-6, 6-4 OEC) broke their 3-0 winning streak against the Santa Ana Dons (14-3, 7-3 OEC) in four sets on Friday night, 3-1.

The Chargers got off to a 4-0 lead at the start of the match. Then, the Dons tied the match at 11-11 and followed with their first lead of the set. Both teams kept the match alive, however Santa Ana pulled away with the win, 27-25.

Cypress bounced back from the loss and took the second set, 26-24. However, the Chargers dropped the third set, 25-20. 

In the fourth set, the Dons stretched their lead and put the match away, 25-17.

UP NEXT: The Chargers will travel to Santiago Canyon College on Wednesday, October 26th. Match will begin at 6PM.
