CYPRESS, CA - Cypress College Baseball Head Coach Emeritus, Scott Pickler earned his record-breaking 540th win during his 25th season in the Cape Cod League.
The Cape Cod League is a prestigious annual summer league that hosts the nation's most elite college baseball student-athletes. In 2016, Pickler led the Y-D Red Sox to their third consecutive Cape Cod League Championship after a 3-0 win over Falmouth Commodores. After receiving the news of his 540th victory in the league, Pickler and the Y-D Red Sox stand at 8-4-2 of the Western Division. Pickler and his team seek to win their seventh league championship since 2004.
