Women’s Volleyball Ready to Start 2025-2026 Season
Chargers Look to Blend Experienced Returners
CYPRESS, CA – Cypress Chargers Women's Volleyball is back and ready to make a statement this season. After finishing fourth in the Orange Empire Conference (OEC) with an overall record of 13-13 (10-6 OEC), the Chargers look to build on last year's foundation.
Among the key returners is outside hitter Amanda Kalpakoff, who recorded 154 kills across 85 sets as a freshman and finishing third on the team in kills. Another impactful returner is Audrey Perez, who tallied 34 aces and 133 digs in her first season. Their experience will be vital in guiding a roster that welcomes 12 freshmen, creating a strong balance of leadership and new energy.
UP NEXT: Cypress opens its season at the PCC Tri at Pasadena City College on Friday, August 22, before returning home for the Chargers first home match against San Diego Miramar on Friday, August 29 at 11:00 am.
