Sophomore swimmer Kayleen Bretz was awarded her second career Charger of the Week Award at the Cypress College Aquatics Center on Wednesday.

Bretz put on a show at the Orange Empire Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, posting state qualifying times in the 200 free, 500 free, and 1650 free. She ended up scoring 17 total points for the Lady Chargers at the CCCAA State Championship meet last weekend.

The El Dorado High School alumna will continue her swim career at Concordia University Irvine next season.
