Softball

Coach Willey starts his 2nd season under Coach Brad Pickler. He works directly with the outfielders, hitters and base runners.

 

Mike joined the staff after spending 20+ successful seasons at Savanna High School in Anaheim, where he led the Rebels to 15 consecutive league championships and numerous CIF-SS playoffs runs and records. He has been a head coach of softball, baseball, basketball, golf, and football. He currently serves as the school's athletic director, department head of physical education, health sciences, football and softball operations, as well as the league president and CIF representative. His 400+ career softball wins is one of the top all time in Orange County. 

 

Mike is married to his beautiful wife, Jennifer and has 2 amazing children, Blake and Melissa. His free time is spent coaching his sons travel baseball team, working with the women in sports organization, and officiating high school and college basketball. He has recently earned his masters degree in coaching and exercise sciences.
