Cypress College women's water polo standout, Ruth Quintanilla, earned her first Charger of the Week award for her performance during the Mt. SAC Tournament last week.
Quintanilla netted 15 goals for the Chargers during last week's play to lead her team with 17 on the season. The freshman also shined on defense, helping lead her team to four wins, outscoring their opponents 71-17 on the weekend. The Segerstrom high school alum has led her team to a 5-2 start to the season.
