Cypress, Calif. - The Cypress College women's tennis team lost its second Orange Empire Conference match of the year to Riverside Community College. 

No. 3 singles player Nikki Thornburg was unable to win her match after she pulled a muscle in the first set of a two set loss. The Tigers won at every singles position, but failed to sweep the Chargers after Theresa Roque and Nadine Baquiran took their match 8-3 at the No. 2 doubles spot.
 
The Chargers will head to Mission Viejo on March 1 to face Saddleback College in their next OEC match of 2012.
