Monterey Park, CA - On the final day at The State Championships, the Chargers left their effort in the pool again. The 400 Free Relay team of Jacelyn Youngerman, Sara Kennedy, Joanna Zapien and Kelsey Kenday swam a 3:47.35 in the preliminary heat. The team went on to clock a 3:47.81 and placed 14th in the State.

Youngerman swam a 52.16 in the 100 Free preliminary heat, and broke her own school record.  She clocked a 51.96 to finish second in the State. The conference rival Golden West placed 1st (Lauren Vosseler, 50.40), 3rd (Margaret Dix, 52.02) and 4th (Brooke Roy, 52.13.)
