Women's Soccer: Four Lady Chargers Earn All-Conference Honors

CYPRESS, CA- The Cypress women's soccer team finished the regular season with a 10-7-5 overall record and an 8-4-4 record in the Orange Empire Conference, which landed them a fourth place finish in the OEC standings. During the annual OEC coaches meeting, four Chargers were selected to the All-Conference teams for the 2018 season.

Cypress' Audree Campos and Morgan Patea received All-Orange Empire Conference First Team honors, while teammates Taleah Carter and Jordan Barber were selected to the All-OEC Second Team.

Freshman forward, Audree Campos, found the back of the net 10 times this season to lead the Chargers in goals. Campos had 5 assists on the year and started all 22 games for the Chargers. Morgan Patea, also a freshman forward, netted 9 goals this season with 9 assists. Patea started all 22 games. Another freshman to earn the honors of All-Conference was forward, Taleah Carter, who started 21 games for the Chargers and had 2 goals on the season. Defender, Jordan Barber, anchored the Charger defense this season starting all 22 games. Barber also managed to get on the score sheet once this season for the Chargers and had 2 assists.
