CYPRESS, CA – Sophomore midfielder Taylor Jones has earned Charger of the Week (Sept. 12-18) after leading the Chargers with one goal and two assists over three games.

Jones assisted on the game winning goal in a 3-1 victory over Foothill College. She also had the assist on the Chargers only goal in a 3-1 loss against Fresno. In addition she scored the Chargers first goal against conference opposition in a 3-1 win at Fullerton in the OEC opener.

The Troy alumna is the first member of the women's soccer team to receive Charger of the Week this season. The Chargers are undefeated in conference play and host Irvine Valley College in their OEC home opener on Friday, September 23.
