Cypress - This Friday, the men's and women's soccer teams will be taking on rival Fullerton in a doubleheader, but they will also be playing for a greater cause – the fight against Breast Cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the Chargers will be helping out the cause both on and off the pitch. The men's team will be playing in special uniforms for the game, while the women will also be wearing pink to promote awareness.

Cypress will be charging admission, with all proceeds from ticket sales going directly to the Susan G. Komen Foundation's Orange County Chapter. Adults are just $5, while kids and seniors are $2. Cypress students with valid ID are free, but are encouraged to donate anything they can. Every little bit helps! Parking is free in Lot 5 and Cypress will be providing food on a first-come first-served basis.

The Chargers are asking all fans to come support the teams and the fight against Breast Cancer by wearing pink. The men's game kicks off the doubleheader at 1:00 pm, with the women to follow at three.
