CYPRESS, Calif. ---  Denshay Wallace from the Cypress Women's Basketball program has officially signed to play for St. Gregory's University in Oklahoma next season.

Wallace led the Chargers in scoring with 15.9 points per game and continued to be a proven leader throughout the 2013-14 season.  Denshay was also second on the team in rebounding with 6.8 RPG and first on the team in steals per game, 1.7.

After a highly impressive season, the 5'8 guard from Rancho Alamitos High School will take her talents to the next level once again.

"I believe Denshay has a ton of potential considering she already has a lot of strength, athleticism and maturity," said Head Coach Josiah White from St. Gregory's University.

"Her ability to create and score in big games struck my attention.  I believe Denshay will interact well with her teammates and be a valuable asset all around campus."

Wallace was also named to the First Team All-OEC Team this past season along with her teammate Haley Gorman.
