CYPRESS, Calif. --- All 13 Lady Chargers found the bottom of the net on Friday night and contributed towards one of their best performances so far in the 2013-14 season.
After leading 46-18 at the half, the Chargers continued to play full throttle and eventually took down their conference rival by a score of 74-37.
Breanna Patton went 5 for 7 and scored 12 points, leading the Chargers in scoring. Patton also added six rebounds to her totals.
Katey Kanamoto found her rhythm in the second half and ended up scoring 11 points on the night while Lauren Hong and Haley Gorman both added 10 points of their own.
Jessica Beeler dominated the boards for the Chargers. Beeler had a season high 12 rebounds and also went 2 for 2 on the night, scoring four points.
The Chargers forced Fullerton to 11 turnovers on the night and also held the Hornets to 22% shooting from the field.
The Cypress victory puts them at 11-8 overall and 2-0 in conference so far on the season.
The Chargers will travel to face Orange Coast on January 15, starting at 7:30 PM.
