CYPRESS, CA- The Cypress men's soccer team finished the regular season with a 2-18 overall record and a 1-13 record in the Orange Empire Conference. During the annual OEC coaches meeting, three Chargers were selected to the All-Conference teams for the 2018 season.
Cypress' Alex Ochoa received All-Orange Empire Conference First Team honors, while teammates Lorenzo LaViolette and Connor Fitzgerald were selected to the All-OEC Second Team.
Freshman midfielder, Alex Ochoa, started 18 games this season and was instrumental for the Chargers. Freshman forward, Lorenzo LaViolette started 17 games for the Chargers netting 8 goals. Anchoring the Charger defense this season was freshman, Connor Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald started 16 games.
