Freshman Ulises Gomez has earned the first Charger of the Week of the 2017-18 season after outstanding performances against Palomar and Glendale last week (Aug. 28-Sept. 3).  

The Estancia High School alumnus scored the game winning goal from outside the box against Palomar in the Chargers' home opener. Gomez followed that up two days later with a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory over Glendale on the road.

Gomez currently leads the Chargers in shots, goals, assists, and points.
