CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA - The Cypress College men's golf team finish first at Industry Hills Golf Club on Monday, the third consecutive first place finish in Orange Empire Conference competition. The Chargers improved their lead in the OEC standings to three points ahead of second place Orange Coast College with four events remaining.
Sophomore Matthew Rafter, who shot 2-under (69), received medalist honors. Sophomore Georgios Bris shot a 1-under (70), while Andrew Thomson (71), Ying-Shih Chang (77), and Dalton Davenport (78) fell in line to help Cypress to a 365 team score.
