RIVERSIDE, CA – The Cypress College men's golf team finished 4th out of 11 teams in the Riverside City College Invitational at the Victoria Golf Course (Par 72) on Monday.
The Chargers shot a 389, which landed them 19 strokes behind Riverside City College (370) who finished in first place. Sophomore Dylan Hall led the way for the Chargers as he shot a 73 (+1) on the day to finish only 4 strokes behind the winner Everett Najera of Riverside who shot a 69 (-3). Freshman Andrew Thomson was second on the Chargers as he shot a 77 (+5) on the day.
Golf will return to action as Cypress hosts the first conference matchup of the season at Navy Golf Course on Wednesday, March 8 at 10:00 AM.
