RANCHO MIRAGE, CA- Claudio Phillips will be teeing off at the 2016 CCCAA Men's Golf State Championships on Monday, May 16 as a representative from the Cypress College Golf Program. After finishing 9th overall (Par 72/36 holes, AM: 74, PM: 77, Total: 151) at the South Regional Men's Golf Championship, Phillips earned a ticket to Desert Island Golf and Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California.

The format will feature 36 holes of stroke play for the individual championship with 18 holes played in the morning round and 18 in the afternoon.
