CHICAGO, IL – Former Cypress College men's basketball standout O'Shae Williams, who accepted a scholarship offer from Trinity International University after the 2016-17 season, is turning heads at the next level.

Williams has been named Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week twice this season, pacing the No. 13 Trojans to a 13-6 overall record and 6-3 record in the CCAC. The junior guard is averaging a team-high 19.3 points per game on an extremely efficient 54% shooting, while grabbing 6 rebounds, and dishing out 3.6 assists per game.

The Pioneer High School alum helped lead the Chargers to back-to-back playoff appearances on his way to a 2017 All Orange Empire Conference First Team selection under head coach Andrew Alhadeff.
