Jerred Cook Named Charger of the Week (Dec. 1-7)

Sophomore guard Jerrod Cook picked up men's basketball's first Charger of the Week honor (Dec. 1-7) of the season after helping Cypress win two of three at the Grossmont Tournament.

Cook earned All-Tournament honors after averaging 13 points, 3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1 steal per game. He scored a team-high 15 against Cerritos in the Consolation Championship and tied for the team lead in scoring with 13 against Grossmont.
