Eric Hutting is entering his first year as an assistant coach for the Cypress College baseball team.

Hutting was an All-South Coast League baseball player (2012) and a four-year varsity letter winner (2009-2012) at Tesoro High School. He chose to play college baseball at Long Beach State. At Long Beach State, Hutting was a four year starting catcher and was a member of two NCAA regional teams (2014 and 2016).

Hutting graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies at Long Beach State. He is currently enrolled at Azusa Pacific University seeking a Master's degree in Physical Education.
