The Cypress College baseball team finished tied for 2nd in the OEC and advanced to the State Semi-Final this season. Sophomore left fielder Nick Reeser finished second on the team in hits (59) and led the Chargers in RBI (45), batting average (.386), and on base percentage (.462). Reeser had a huge postseason for Cypress, earning him the final Charger of the Week for the 2015-16 season.

Reeser hit .432 with 15 RBI and 2 homeruns during the Chargers postseason run. He was the difference maker at the plate in 3 one-run games for the Chargers. Reeser went  2-for-2 with 3 RBI in a 5-4 win over Fullerton in game 3 of the Super Regional and followed that up with a 2-for-4, 3 RBI game in the 6-5 SoCal Sectional victory over Grossmont.
