Aaron Case has been named Charger of the Week (Feb. 22-29) after playing a key role in the last three victories for Cypress baseball. The centerfielder was productive throughout the week, hitting .500 with five RBI, four runs, and a homerun. He also had a .600 on base percentage during that period as well as two stolen bases.
The sophomore had a hit, an RBI, a run, and two stolen bases during the Chargers' 18-1 demolishing over Desert. Case followed up with a game-changing performance in a tight 10-9 victory over Glendale, hitting a perfect three for three with three RBI including a homerun, and three runs. He also contributed an RBI against LA Harbor in Cypress' 9-2 victory.
The El Modena alumnus is hitting .372 this season with seven RBI, 13 runs, a homerun, three stolen bases, and a .431 on base percentage this season.
