Chargers Defeat Glendale 11-3
Cypress- The Cypress College baseball team (9-2) earned another win on Friday afternoon in their game against Glendale (2-9).
The Chargers got on the board first with one run in the bottom of the third inning, followed by five runs in the fourth, two runs in the fifth, and another three runs in the seventh to take an 11-0 lead. Glendale was able to score three runs in the top of the eighth inning, but it wouldn't be enough to top the Chargers. 
Nathan Kuchta (4-0), led Cypress from the mound. Kuchta allowed only three hits, zero runs, and collected eleven strike outs in his seven innings pitched. On offense, the Chargers exceptional hitting continued, led by lead off man Aaron Case. Case had three hits and three RBI with one run scored in his five at bats.
The Chargers will continue their home stand on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 12:00 pm against El Camino, followed by their first conference game of the season on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 2:00 pm against Golden West.
