CYPRESS, CA - Cypress men's soccer center back, Braulio Morales, earns Charger of the Week for his consistency and composure during last week's performance against Compton and Citrus College.
Cypress men's soccer had a busy week hosting 3 games in a span of 4 days and despite the loss in the home opener against the Long Beach Vikings, the Chargers ended their week with a 2-0 victory over the Citrus Owls.
"Braulio plays well in our backline, he keeps his composure handling the ball and his defending organization helps keep our backline strong," said Head Coach Cristian Rus.
In the draw between the Compton Tartars, Morales had the assist to Cypress forward Raymond Rodriguez to tie the game at the 84th minute. Then, Morales scored a goal in the winning match against Citrus College.
UP NEXT: The Chargers travel to East Los Angeles College on Friday, September 16th. Match is set to begin at 6:00pm.
