CYPRESS, CA- Cypress baseball's right fielder, Dean Toigo, earnS Charger of the Week for his clutch performance against the Fullerton Hornets.
Toigo totaled 7 RBI as the Chargers took two of three games from the Hornets to win the series last week. Cypress opened the series at home on April 19th where Toigo hit a grand slam to bring the Chargers back into the game. In game two, Toigo came up clutch on the road with a 9th inning two-run homer to win the game 3-2. Dean finished off the series with an RBI and run scored in game three as Cypress coasted to a 15-10 victory.
UP NEXT: Cypress baseball will play Riverside City College in the fianl regular season series of the year beginning on Tuesday, April 26th.
